Blaine, not sure if you saw it. But do you know why my bbcode box errors are coming up? The drop down box for my font type and size aren't working.

I also found that when an auction ends, I receive no notice of any kind.

I had a few test auctions and I never found out who won it unless I looked at the site.

What is the purpose of the shipping info??
It never comes into play except on the sign up.

Then maybe a section underneath where the person with the item can add a description/picture/how much they want and postage.
You could have a button availble next to each persons reply called "Buy". when clicked by the original asking person it automatically puts it into a BIN auction and closes it with the requesting person being the winning buyer. At the same time it will also close the "Wanted" ad.

Blaine is there away to not require members to belong to the Vbay Seller Usergroup and just have access?
I feel there are a number of people that just do not want to go through the hassle of joining a group to see what is for sale.

I have found a work around to create a promotion and have all the members added after 1 day to an additional user group.

It would be nice to be able just to add more then one user group to the list.

As far as I know, everyone can browse Vbay

Only sellers need to be in the Sellers group

From what I have seen it will not let you get into with out being subscribed to the group.
I added a test login and was not able to view.
But I have been wrong before.

this mod is great. i will love to actually use it when it gets paypal support

Is there a way to change the default increment amount? I have had a couple of people forget to change it from zero and the price never goes up no matter how many people bid! :D

I installed 1.1.6 on my development forum and things seemed to go well. PM's were sent out, auctions were archived, etc.

When I went to install on my live forum, 1.1.7 had been released, so I installed that instead. Oddly enough, no PM's are getting sent for bids or auction ending. Also, once an auction is over, the only way to see the results is to go into the DB table in MySQL.

Any thoughts on what I could have done wrong?

I think the PM thing is a bug in the newest version--that may have something to do with the rest.

I am waiting to upgrade until its fixed.

LOL I have upgrade the forums and cmps just not the vbay yet. A post above says it not compatible with the lastest vb, so should I still try to upgrade vbay?

its compatable, id hold off upgrading though as theres a bug with the sending of PM's
