(I believe that this could be a portuguese/english translation problem as my english is not that much good on technical stuff... I already went from top to bottom in the AdminCP and found just nothing where I could edit, or just click relating to iTrader and usergroup permissions...)

Not supported anymore...?!? How come that...?

This must be one of the best mods on vBulletin...!

Is there any other mod similar to this one?

P.S. - I still need help for my question here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2011/11/11.gif ... Someone, please...?

I can see itrader in my vbulletin options, it's just not there in my usergroups. Can someone give me a hard shove in the right direction to finish this install, please?
Thanks!

Just the same problem as me...!

I just can't find this option in usergroups to edit the itrader permissions.

I can see itrader in my vbulletin options, it's just not there in my usergroups.

I guess that the documentation for us newbies is just too short... HELP PLEASE! :eek:

Jase2 03-28-2008 02:10 PM

What version of vB are you running?

I was going to take over this hack; but I can't release an updated version since the original coder hasn't replied to my PM.

Regards Jason :)

I'm using version 3.6.8

Could you please just help me on this option in usergroups to edit the itrader permissions?

Thank you so very much! :up:

sdebank 03-28-2008 08:00 PM

Activated it on 3.7 and it appears fine. It would be fabulous if it could be better integrated into the profile.

NO. There was a hack for it, but was removed due to a security exploit. The author was working on an update and will probably release it when 3.7 comes out.

SEOvB 03-29-2008 09:32 AM

installed and working fine on 3.7RC1

thanks!

NEW -> http://www.newcelica.org/forums/itrader.php?
OLD -> http://www.newcelica.org/forums3/traderratings.php?

You can see the difference, the old version had a main screen which showed the overall trader statistics whereas the new one shows your individual statistics.

Ok! I already installed it on my forum, and it is working just fine... The problem was ME (newbie on vB... :rolleyes: )

P.S. - A note to this Mod: SWEET...!!!! :cool: :up:

That is pretty nice :)

Yes, I'll be contacting him shortly.

Regards Jason :)

Jase2 04-02-2008 06:33 PM

What exactly doesn't work on this for 3.7? I'm going to be working on it.

KeyHunterz 04-04-2008 12:36 AM

Wow.... so the support on this mod is almost completely dead. The coder seems non-existant and there hasn't been any updates/features for a few years now... Are there any better mods then this one?

Well... That is my problem too... This is just one of the best mods EVER for vBulletin...!

If possible, maybe someone else could lead this Mod from now on? (I believe that the author permission is needed)

:confused: :erm: :(

bigcurt 04-04-2008 12:42 PM

I hate ungrateful little pricks...anyone else?

I wouldn't call them that but somethin similar :o

christian8a 04-04-2008 01:11 PM

The supporter is extremelly busy or had a problem on his personal life, he did a great job with this so I dont think is nice to insult him.

But the support is needed :erm:
I hope somebody could help him or take his place (with his permission of course)

Jase2 04-04-2008 03:12 PM

Like I said, I'd be happy to continue this for future versions, as I'll be using it on my site. However, I cannot release a version for 3.7, then take requests for new features without the permission of the original coder.

Anyone? I'll be upgrading to 3.7 as soon as it goes Gold and iTrader is the only thing I have worries over at the moment - my users use is a lot! Thanks.

bigcurt 04-08-2008 04:20 AM

I am confused though..what support is needed? An upgrade to 3.7? Don't upgrade your forum so darn quick..simple as that.

I hope Jason does know that there are plenty of people ( including myself ) who would pay premium prices for a possible "gold" version of this mod.

MikeWarner 04-08-2008 06:53 AM

I certainly would pay for it. From what I can tell though, this should work fine on 3.7 anyway. Can anyone back this up?

DieselTruck 04-08-2008 09:30 PM

Im running 3.7 RC 2 on my Test Site. So far so good!

Spinball 04-09-2008 08:56 AM

Just to chip in, this is one of the most important mods we have. I would also chip in some $ to maintain or enhance it where needed.

NTMID8 04-14-2008 01:53 PM

Forgive me if this has already been asked but I haven't been able to look through ALL of the pages of this thread.

In the Marketplace section of my forums I already had a sub-forum called Buyer & Seller Feedback. Since my users were already familiar with going to this location, I wanted to change the forum to a direct link to itrader_feedback.php. It works fine for the admins, but no one else even though their permissions are set vie the iTrader settings in the individual usergroups.

I'm guessing that linking directly is bypassing a check somewhere and the admins just override that? Can anyone help me get this link functioning properly?

Jase2 04-14-2008 03:23 PM

Tested and seems to be working fine on 3.7.

I'll try contacting the orginal coder today, then if he gives me permission -- I'll release for 3.7, as well as taking requests for new features. :)

MikeWarner 04-18-2008 10:12 AM

Nice one Jase. No new features really needed though - although integration into the new profile layout would be good, maybe give it a tab of it's own on the main profile page.

Awesome. I think a rebuttal system would be good. Basically the closer you can get ot to ebay the better.

Demo16 04-22-2008 07:16 AM

I got vb 3.6.9 but when I go to plugin manager and I import bitfield_itrader.xml or cpnav_itrader.xml I got this answer: Invalid File Specified

Any help?

Digital Jedi 04-22-2008 01:53 PM

Those XMLs are part of the Upload folder, to be added to your site. Your not supposed to import those. Your supposed to import the file in the Product XML folder.

:p I didn't unzip all files sorry.
Now I got one problem at this point:

Edit all the usergroup permissions (all groups default to no access). The iTrader permissions will show up at the bottom of the list.

I can't find them :confused:

It should be there in Admin CP >>> Usergroup Permissions >>> (Select a Usergroup) >>> iTrader Permissions

Done and mark as installed on VB 3.9! Works great!
There's a way to make it multilanguage?

Did you manage to get permission from the author?

Dannyloski 04-24-2008 03:31 PM

Still working on vB 3.6.10 and its not affected by the New Security Token feature :up:

briansol 04-26-2008 06:33 AM

anyone get the memberinfo addon count working in 3.7 rc4?

Code:

<div class="fieldset">
<div style="padding:$stylevar[formspacer]px">
iTrader: <strong><a href="itrader.php?$session[sessionurl]u=$post[userid]" rel="nofollow">$post[itrader_total]</a></strong> / $post[itrader_pcnt]%
</div>
</div>

seems $post var's aren't available in the new blocks[] array

dabollicks 04-26-2008 08:29 AM

It would be awesome if this could be updated for 3.7.x
