I keep getting these errors in my log

I know why I'm getting but don't know how to fix it

It should be

/home/speedole/public_html/forum/forum/images/steelblue/gradients/gradient_thead.gif

after i upload and do everything why my forum appearance didn't change ?

Did you select the style using the dropdown style chooser at the bottom-left of your forum?

There will. I am very stretched thin at the moment with Work, so cant guarantee anything before 2 weeks from now tho.

Hey if anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it.
I've had the steel blue skin for sometime, but I realized today that the year's on the calendar only go as high as 2006. Anyway I can increase this?
