My pm cron job isn't deleting the pm's and the user groups don't stay clicked and saved can someone help please

every time i try to save settings in

PM Mass Send PM's not working, gives me a Internal Server Error.

Plus, can't uninstall.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ''warning'' (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING), expecting ')' line 17, file uninstall.php
