We have the same Problem. Some Users are shown, some not.
The spaces cant be the Problem, my GT has none.
Help is needed if someone fixes the Problem.. Thanks!

So people are reporting issues yet no-one points out the fact that their Leaderboards have failed to update since 18th April? Yup that's right, check yours and you'll find the same.

How do you check that ?

Yes I noticed they weren't updating, uninstalled and re-installed and everything was blank. Since then I've disabled the hack. The last time mine actually had updated was 17th April.

DaninMS if you have Scheduled Task Logs enabled for the cronjob check in your AdminCP > Scheduled Tasks > Scheduled Task Logs.

I see mine last updated on the 18th around midnight.

No there's an easier way to check. go to the leaderboard and hover the cursor over any of the scores. It should say the date and time last updated.

Microsoft updated the gamercard code a little bit several days ago. It includes a lot more information, including bio, location, achievements info for each game, but doesn't show any of it on the cards without looking at the source code.

So is it possible to get it working? Is there anything we can do to help sort it?

Unlikely, without a code update. Mine hasn't been working either - my users notified me of it.

Yes the gamercards have changed a bit. Working on this atm.
