How come it was included in vB 3.x version but not 4.x?

I have a special Staff Usergroup, how do I define it in this app so that when staff shows it shows these folks in the usergroup.

You need to apply some HTML Markup in order for InfoPanels to recognise it as a staff group. We'll be providing a separate yes/no toggle for this functionality in a future version :)
