This looks great, but i have a question about the settings..?

It's an exclusion list. Presumably you may want to exclude the Admins, and maybe the moderators, since all of you will have at least two logins anyway (a second normal login is always necessary for troubleshooting). I've got "5,6,7" in mine.

It does not work with my board (vb 4.0.2 PL1). No PM nor new topic to a specified forum.
I tried to reinstall by both the methods: with and without uninstalling first.

Edit: oh, no! I'm sorry. It works.
