Downgrading stop your problems perhaps but doesn't help finding out what's wrong in the current version.

I ended up doing this too - our users were getting mad about not being able to see the chatbox, not being able to get past the loading screen, things like that. To keep peace I ended up downgrading it. I went back to version 0.4.0 which was the last version that was working well for us. I have made a few posts on this thread, and tried all the suggestions I've found but it still wasn't working.

The problems are very intermittent, and just seem to affect some people. I've asked them to clear their caches and that has helped for some people but not all. Some can see it with IE and not Firefox, others can see it with Firefox and not IE. Others the screen sticks on loading and won't go any further. One member could make 3 chats, then it would freeze up every time. Sometimes chats would come up as duplicates, then mysteriously disappear. Very strange intermittent problems! It seems to be working much better back on 0.4.0

Yeah, its pretty hard, but we muddle through loll :D I really enjoy the website though - its my baby, and totally different from medicine, so its great
