Ok, the user has 6 items and I see he only paid for 2. So that is why I was thinking that when a user gifts an item to someone else it wasn't being recorded.

vBExperience 3.8.3 has reached final stage. It brings long awaited features like easier Awards, Social Groups ranking and a fix for the uninstall of the product, plus several fixes.

How to upgrade?
1. Copy ALL (I mean ALL - That is a common error!) files from upload_via_ftp/ to the server. Espacially take care of the images, copy them to your style misc folder if you use a customized style.
2. ReImport product_vbexperience383.xml, allow overwrite
3. If you modified any of the vBExperience templates, revert them
4. Run Maintenance Tools/Recount

No he bought 2 seperate items according to log. But has 4 other different ones now too. Thanks

When viewing the rankings, it shows 30 users per page.

However, the page navigation ($pagenav) always shows 20 pages ("Page 1 - 20"), even though only 66 users are in the xperience_stats table.

The page navigation should only show three pages (1 and 2 full, 30 each, and a third page with 6 users).

More specifically, do you have any idea why I have users listed correctly on the first three pages, but the next 17 pages (if navigating through using pagenav bar) are blank/empty?

In fact, it ALWAYS shows that there are twenty pages of results (all blank!), even when I delete ALL the statistics and NO users are on the pages. Nothing but Experience headers and an empty grid below).

Installed: But, i'm missing a Group Ranking image to upload. Can anyone tell me what to do, i've looked in the folders but can't see it. :(

Or i'll just use one of the images in there but how would i direct it to the "Group Ranking" do i just rename an image? Or is it abit more complex? I tried renaming an image to group_ranking but thats not enough for it to sit in the empty space. Can someone please help me out...Thanks!! Oh by the way this was just an upgrade from the older version i had already installed.

You need to copy the new image /misc/level/icon_groups.png to you stylefolder. Also, the file /misc/level/icon_ranking.png has been updated.

i've uploaded all files and overitten to respected folders and overwritten with product_vbexperience383 & have done recount.
Do i need to update language and thanks and level products too?

And do i need to do any change? or it'll work as was working before?

You need to update language files only if you are using other than english and it has been updated.
