1-URL to a small image --> /xperience/icons/flower_blue_16.png
2-URL to a bigger image --> xperience/icons/flower_blue_32.png
3-URL to a small image --> http://www.example.com/xperience/icons/flower_blue_16.png
4-URL to a small image --> xperience/icons/flower_blue_16.png

Result:
1-icon does not show next to username and in xperience.php page - ACP manage awards also broken image
2-profile page icon is visible
3-icon shows for username, xperience.php and ACP manage awards
4-icon shows for username, xperience.php but broken in ACP manage awards

I noticed an issue from beta 3 and I forgot to post it.
Shopping log (history or whatever) shows blank page, only showes icons (bought items , given away items,etc)

vBExperience 3.8.4 RC has arrived! Changes primary in bugfixes and also re-work of the Activity, it now calculates also activity on different sections (Visitormessages, Social Group message, Blog (if installed), Postings), not only postings. New is also the support for the modifications Helpful Answers, vB Tournaments and Ladders, Post Ranking System.

Upgrade Instructions
1. Copy ALL (I mean ALL - That is a common error!) files from upload_via_ftp/ to the server.
2. ReImport product_vbexperience384.xml, allow overwrite
3. If you modified any of the vBExperience templates, revert them
4. Check all Awards, correct their URL to the new path /xperience/icons/. If you don't have custom awards, use the "clear award"-command to clear and re-create them.
5. Run AdminCP/Experience/Recount

I've installed the RC and when I try to run the Experience Activity cron I get this error message...

Your functions_xperience.php is outdated. Please re-upload ALL files from the ZIP.

Done that, do that everytime as those are the instructions provided. :D Still get the error.

I'm having a problem with the levels. I import a particular level to try, do the Recount in AdminCP/Experience ... and the levels don't adjust. I have a little over 1,000 users, and one user at Level 99. I've gone from importing the lowest to the highest level file, recount on each, and there are no changes at all. I go and check the Levels in Products and it is being imported correctly each time with the different version number ... but again no changes in the levels. Upgraded from an older version.

This is the right one. I'm lost, as I don't get this error on four productive boards I'm testing this out.

i am noticing the same problem. the activity does not change anymore yet i installed 3 different levels. i run the recount, and the maintenance tool option but still no change. plus the average posts per day is showing only as 6.67 which is no correct. i have a guy post 200 tmes in the last day. my ave posts per day before the latest upgrade was above 200

thanks for the help. i think i will revert back to the previous version. its activity calculation is more of what i prefer. a lot less members with close to 100% activity. maybe in a future release you can offer the option for us to choose which factors will affect activity score, much like how you have done with the awards calculation feature in the newest version

So you can go into the Scheduled Tasks Manager and Run the " Experience Activity "and not get the error? Can anyone else confirm that this works? Now this isn't the recount option, this is manually running the cron.

Hopefully the next version will work because it was working in the last Beta. I wish it was still available for download.

Members from my web site have been asking me about their old activity, with experience 3.8.4 rc was reduced a lot !!!
Some users used to have 40% , now they have 8%~10%

Why is that?, they post daily (at least 2 post per day)

The activity was not reduced, it has been expanded to more sections. It takes different other things into account like Visitormessages, Social Group Discussions and Blog Entries.

Anyway, for the next version I included some options to tweak this. Also an additional calculation (also setable) has been implemented:
Beginning with the second day the user user is not active, a factor of 0.1 will be reduced, to a max of 9 days. (f.e. User is three days not online, so his activity is multiplied with 0.7, if he goes online, a value of 1.0 will be taken.

Yeah, it's there! Weird because all other crons work flawlessly from this modification. These are the files I have in my includes folder.

I did a refresh of the RC to include settings for the Activity... Please download, overwrite all PHP files and reimport product XML. Run a recount to activate all changes.

I did a recount and the new member that joined today with the post count of 3 won "average post per day" award. I feel this is unfair to regular long time members but the award is good calculation.

When I create a new award for helpful answers and only select that addon from the list, it does not pick the correct person compared to the helpful answers report. I'm assuming vbexperience add other points into the calculation?

Is there inactivity calculation so that points/experience get subtracted each day/week or to move them to lower group/demotion?

Is there a way to enable/disable viewing of each listing (Ranking, Group Ranking, Awards, Activities, Earn Points, Statistics) by group? For example, only showing ranking and statistics to members and the rest only for administrator/mods.

How do award medals work now since you have bronze, silver, and silver 1, 2, 3? Are these level ups or just icons to use how we want?

I'm referring to a basic example of the Activity award, but other awards are similar.

1. award_star_activity_16 (gold?)
2. award_star_activity1_16 (this one is gold, but looks the same as above)
3. award_medal_activity_bronze_16
4. award_medal_activity_silver_16

Are these automatically assigned when "leveling" to the next echelon? There is no mention on how to use these other than as images alone with no integration for automatic leveling. I think I missed something in the docs if it's posted already.

On large boards where reputation is used a lot, there are always a few members with a very high post count, but strictly negative reputation ratings.

Is there a way to give the user with the highest post count that does not have any positive reputation ratings an award for this?

Would be nice to have. This would alert other members to start rating the member his/her post.

Awesome addon, it's been great on our forum. Kudos.

We're having an issue where the entire shop transaction log shows for users that shouldn't see it, including logged out members. This happens both in the shop and on their Activity tab, and is labeled with phrases like "You purchased/received {1} item(s). Click <a href="{2}">here</a> for a listing." It happens randomly - definitely for anonymous users, and then some logged in users. From looking at the product xml it looks like $ownitems[cnt_items] is being counted incorrectly.

I've also been able to confirm this on 3.8.3 and earlier versions. Googling common English phrases from vBExperience will find other boards' shops, and from there you can see the bug in action.

Here are two screenshots of it. The profile one is from a user named Alex, who has never purchased anything. The shop one is from a logged out user (shown with altered phrase).
