-the cause is i tried to install this with out htl at first and the sql query files fuked up :P

maybe its jus me lol. :P

Delete the hack out of the HTL, first of all. Then run uninstall.sql in phpMyAdmin (located in the misc folder of the zip). Then go back to the HTL and start the install process over again.

Run these queries one by one (run one, and then run another after it tells you it was successful/gives an error message) and report back any errors you recieve.
[sql]ALTER TABLE user DROP shouts, DROP shoutbanned; [/sql]
[sql]DROP TABLE shoutbox_posts; [/sql]

ok now it works fine :)

thnx for that. I think you should look at the sql files for non htl hacking coz they seemed to have caused the problems :) cuda jus been me, but i did do them in the ryt order and they all came out with errors :p why did i carry on? i duno lol,

nice hack tho :)

Works ok :) Only there is a javascript error in shoutbox.php 'object expected' (??)

I haven't tested it on RC4, but I can say with 99% certainty that it works with RC4.
