I believe you can move it whereever you want. Just place the variable in a different location :) Haven't tested this fully but in theory it should work right.

May I ask pdan why your disappointed? Every user feedback has been incorporated into the latest version. Feel free to suggest and we try to accommodate your designs/features in the next phase.

I love the idea of this mod and would like to give it a run, but the description of compatibility isn't exactly clear:

-Option in admincp for admin to remove vBulletin default notifications system and replace entire system with Forum-Skins.com Notifications
-Private Message Notifications stay on top
-Change color of links to a different color than text surrounding links
-Less notifications
-Better optimziation
-Compatible with UTF-8

Note the parts in Red- at the top in Big letters it states it is NOT compatible with UTF-8, then at the bottom in small letters, it states that it IS compatible.

Which is it?
