Yikes. Just installed on 4.2.5 (PHP 7.0.2) Tried to unapprove a post and got this page

I would just like to add that it would be great if there was a text box for the "reason" a post is moved, deleted, etc. to prevent poster(s) from getting riled, offended, and PM'ing mods :)

We desperately need this!
