I've done the upgrade and the settings are the same how in screenshoots but newly i can not promote an article in cms.
What i must do ?

i want to hide the chatbox for registered
but i have to see it for an additional group id 31
all users in group id 31 are primary in group id 2 (registered)
so i can't make view to them.

Users Awaiting Moderation 4- -
registerd user 2-

Those that are in the additional group id 31 make it primary and have id31 have the forum viewing privileges as that of id 2 and some if you have a special section for group id 31. This will then resolve the registered can't but group id 31 can.
