Also for me is not working.

When I submit a thread(Topic) don´t appears anything of similar topics, no error, no nothing.

How can I fix the problem ?

My VB is 3.6.8 patch 2

Thanks. Very good mod.
It works fine with vBulletin 3.6.8 PL2
I had to use jquery-1.1.3.1 (the one in the first post) as with jquery-1.2.3 it didn't work.
