Snap But Running 3.5.2

Okay, I'm having this strange issue with the AJAX popup. If you take a look at the attachment, for some reason the height of the window is staying at 1px (yet the width appears to be correct). The grey line is my border colour, and the white line is the scrollbar. The width seems to be fine, but not the height.

When I send a message, that line appears in the middle of the screen (as the window should, but obviously larger height-wise). At this point, my Total and Unread counts increase, but I can't view the message in the Inbox (presumably because I need to click 'Close' first in the popup, which I can't do with the height the way it is). It's all working fine, it's just this display issue that's puzzling me. I've tried displaying this in both IE6 and FF v1.0.4 and they both have the issue (on Opera it doesn't even display the line, so I can't tell if it works or not there).

Even when I don't have a new pager message, that funny line is still there, but tucked in the top left corner (which makes sense as you don't adjust the position unless a new message is here?) I'm just not sure if that's what it should be like, and right now I can't do anything with it other than send messages. Any idea?

I have two questions I can not resolve:

1) Is there are way to respond to Pager Messages ? Currently I only see where I can delete them.

2) The chat box dissapears once you send a message. How do you keep it open ?

Right! Look at my example. It shows the messages should be there, but when I go into my inbox they aren't. I look into my sent messages and those show up. I don't get why I can't recieve any. I even tried to download option just to test it and I got this: (You have no pager messages to download.)

I really need this. I don't know what to do. Anyone have an idea?

This works perfectly for me in firefox. Lots of crashes in Internet Explorer with AJAX turned on. If I turn AJAX off, then it works great in IE. Any idea why AJAX is causing IE to crash?

Is it AJAX? Interesting concept, I'll have to try playing with that.

I'm not sure if it is AJAX or not, but when I change the setting from 0 to any number, IE starts crashing on me. Otherwise, the popup works great and I can move it around in the browser. Only downside is I have to refresh page to get updated pages. Boy, AJAX would be great! I hope you can figure it out.

Seems like I'm not the only one with the same questions....
