bashy try deactivating the SEO hacks and the rewrite url one and tell me if it gets solved.
N8 yes it will. I forgot to update the version :) |
Hi there, is it possible to get the faces pngs with real alpha blending for use on dark backgrounds also? Because they show some not so nice white borders on left and right top and bottom of the faces picture if you view them on a darker background. Attached image is self-explaining.

Internet Explorer also hates it :( |
I just felt like I would show this off. It took me a few solid days of work to modify this, but it was necessary on our forums as we use the old vb2 style of smilies. While changing it, I felt it would be nice to include a lot more options as well as an additional Eyebrow category for that extra touch. You can see some of the examples too, 74 out of over 57 million possibilities. :)

Well, that's almost TOO much^^"
But nice nevertheless... |
Wow! Good job there MooMan! :D
It must've taken ages! |

Thanks, I didn't know such functions existed. However I'm too busy these days (months?) for coding...
Also, even if he gives you the faces images they have to be the correct size (even if that means just some transparent space). You have to understand how the smilie maker works. If you understand it then customization is really simple :) |
First off, very cool. :)
What i think would be better, and something I would like to do, is add a direct link to the maker that opens a second window to the maker while using the posting editor, so people can make their smilie at the same time as they are posting, so they can copy and paste the code directly into their post. How would I be able to do this? Not sure which templates would be needed to modify. Just a direct link where the smilie's are displayed would work fine. (Including the drop down menu as well) This should then be fine for PM's etc as well. :) Oh, and quick reply I guess. Pretty fun though. :D |
I did that in my forum if I understood you correctly but I don't remember which template it was. I'll look and tell you :)
