The arcade uses the time from vbulletin, so if you change it there the arcade will be ok to.

Go to your admin cp --> Vbulletin options --> Date and time options

So, if I install this mod, how hard will vBulletin be to upgrade?

When I last upgraded 3.60 to 3.6.1 the arcade didn't even need touching.

I think the same was true from 3.5.4 to 3.6.0 from memory.

The only thing would need doing would be if you revert the templates, things like the navbar arcade link and the postbit changes need to be redone. Nothing to it really.
