Have a script error....


This on my forum homepage. I notice this ONLY when I am logged off as a guest.
This is a fresh install using version 6.6.1

I installed this on my active vB version 3.8.2

The only difference I can tell is the Cyb Stats block no longer shows the block pull-downs and I dont know if that is related.

Installed but I have to disable until I can clear this error.

But I gotta say, this version is a great improvement from when I tried it awhile ago.
Short of the top post/thread starter counts in blocks not filtering out for thread/post count (when using since number of days filter) from private forums when you are unable to view them as a member, I really love the random block rotation, and the 2 column setup.

I have this installed and so far works good except for a couple issue, it does not inherit forum permissions, If I have a forum set to only show to certain usergroups such as Admin this plugin will display the posts regardless, this is a huge issue and the work around is to exclude those hidden forums, not good though.

Also another issue is that it does not work with sub-forums unless you include/exclude all subforums and not just to main forum itself,, Another big issue

I have the following problem.
If I have read a new contribution the colour icon post_new.gif does not change back on post_old.gif.

When I pick any option for this "Main Top Stats box in vBA CMPS" my Cyb Chatbox (located at the top) disappears. When I choose "No-auto insertion", the Chatbox reappears?!? It's like I can have one of the other... but not both? Any guidance to use both would be appreciated. Thanks!

Problem:

i tried everything but all entries are still "unreaden" even the threads are readen... how can it be possible? why is the folder status not changing? Any idea?

That is my Problem too.

I've been reported this error before but on FF. In fact both issues are related. Just trying to give more feedback to help.

I would like to ban a user ID from these statistics? How to do so?

In latest blog entries, it displays username next to blog entry but when you hover displays the blog authors link.

Why is it parsing invalid username ( as the thread poster ) with invalid hyperlink ?

Example:

Latest Blogs
The red brick Pebble

The poster shown above in itallic should Be dave with hyperlink to Dave. Not pebble with hyperlink to dave.

Is this a known bug or perhaps a mod conflict ?

ok, i see... there is no more Support for this addon, thats really sad for a plugin who is one of the most downloaded! its better when you close this thread when nobody gets an answer to all the problems we have.

Does anybody know if this addons needs many ressources?

I have installed this mod and it works great except that for some users it throws the page off. I believe the reason is because I have vbportal installed and I am using side columns as this is a normal feature for vbportal and all my users love that feature so I dont want to remove the forum site columns. Is there a way to adjust the width of this mod?

I think the hack is set to only exclude thread titles from showing not threads or posts counts, if you need that you may check my thread, I succeeded to add the feature somehow, I hope the developer can add it in a clean way, & add user ID ban too :D

Why is there a wierd spacing on the TOp poster list and basically the whol column on the left, keeping in mind my spacing is 0 in the admin cp.

How do I get more stat categories to show then just 3 blocks? On 5.7 I could adjust it within the options area, but now it doesn't look like I cna do that anymore. I've set it to random rotation now, but am not that fond of that.

Help?

i'm having a little problem with the mod.
i have enabled guests to post, but instead of showing their names in the stats, it shows "N/A"

i could have sworn that i saw the name appear a few minutes ago, but now not anymore.
i also noticed an error message while i was editing some phrases, and it was related to the problem i think, but now i can't find that error message anymore? help anyone?

Here's a snippet from the instructions:

If you have installed vBa CMPS to some other folder you may experience several problems, including bad links, stats not loading,... etc... especially if you are using several domains. Put your cmps_index.php to forum root folder to avoid these problems.

But, in some instances after installing vBa CMPS it's suggested by vBadv to change cmps_index.php to index_php.

??? I can't find cmps_index.php because I changed it to index.php which is in the forum root folder. So why isn't it working in vBa CMPS?

Note: It works fine in vBulletin.

Can you exclude certain forums (threads) in the Latest Post section of the program? If yes, how?

If i use a fixed style the stats go out on the right of the page, there's a solution to solve this issue?

The problem is showed in FF,Chrome and IE8 .....all last version.
