*Installed* Great add-on!

Theres a problem with mine though. When I click on a user's name in the shoutbox, instead of going to the user's profile, the shoutbox goes blank until I refresh. Any way to fix this?

That's not a problem Chachacha, it's a feature, it allows private chats on the shoutbox.

Thanks for enlightening me... but what if I don't want that feature and just want the username to link to their profile? Is that possible?

When I try to update my usergroups I get this error.
I asked people at vbulletin.com and they said this shoutbox is making this happen can you help?

there is 1 option in it called "options" near smilies,bold and other buttons.I cant find it in my shoutbox .Ma i know where to activate it ?

Help I have downloaded it and put it everything up but it wont let me upload the index.html files to my host thing i get everything else to be uploaded. but the index files.

All i need help with is getting the index.html thing to work :( but it wont.

This mod is amazing, works fine except for one little thing.
When i enable Bold, select my font and color. It want's to display on the shoutbox like so...

Scroll to 'Shoutbox BBCode Allowance' and allow what you want.

Please remember that support is given at the official website so the support staff does not have to monitor multiple locations.

hmmm....? Tried off and on for the past 12 hours, but none of the links posted in the mod for support forums, or buying the pro version will load. Site down?

I have done all said fixes for vbseo and nothing is working. when i disable vbseo, the shoutbox works fine. from what I've read elsewhere, I need custom rewrite rules for this.

Can someone post them? I don't want to switch over to mgc when I've purchased the professional version of this.

I also purchased this mod and can not access the site. I emailed the guy who made this thread but no reply yet. I hope to hear that the site/support will return. This is a great mod.

i have this mod installed on my boards. We had to move to different hosting and we backedup the db then restored it on the new host. ANd all the shoutbox does is "loading" It never changes. I have removed all files from ftp then uninstalled teh product. I reuploaded the files and imported the product again. And it still just loads. Can anyone help?

ZT and decado are not talking with eachother, it's why inferno tech is shutdown. Only way for you to get the scripts you paid for, you gotta pirate now. I bought the pro version of vbshout, now i have to pirate it >8(

If zt has no intentions of bringing back inferno tech, he should release all his products on vb.org for free as non supported.

Why? It was rather cheap, is very popular among my members and works just fine :)

2.5 caused all kinds of errors and just stuck on "loading". I had to revert back to 1.1 and have no issues anymore.

vBull v.3.7.3 if anyone wanted to know.

Try disabling other plugins to see if it works. I have vB 3.7.3 and vBShout Pro 2.5.1 and experience no issues.

I wish I had saved the errors... they were userID errors. Honestly 1.1 works well enough for what we use it for, so I don't think I am going to go through the hassle.

Is it possible to put a secondary shout box in a certain board? I need a separate board so my staff don't have to discuss private matters in the main shoutbox. I know you can have the shoutbox on more than one page, but I don't know how you can deploy it on a certain forum. Thanks!
