How can i translate these images ??

synisterk 03-19-2008 05:35 PM

Pretty cool little hack here. Adding to my site =)

J105C 03-20-2008 04:34 AM

Hmm, a slight question about subscription features. If they're paying for a sub and they're allowed to use this hack that is perfect.

But once their sub runs out and their usergroup changes to the banned users who aren't allowed to use this feature in the ACP options, their mood sticks, it does not disappear.

Can you fix this small loop hole?

Hi,

My "InLove" mood is not showing. The others are ok. It shows a blank. ANd if i choose the blank. i an unable to choose other mood. The Inlove mood is important and i need to have that.

Anyone care to help?

OK i got it, i change the name of the inlove gif, that is why it is not showing.
i go to admin cp>vbulletin Options>mood manager.

I delete the the word "Inlove" in the moods user can select, then remove and install the love gif using ftp, then go to admin to key in the word" Love" in it and it is done.

Anyone have problems with members not being able to choose moods and not being able to click on smiles or change fonts after installing this?

ragtek 03-24-2008 06:22 PM

i've added this to my js file:
Code:

                if (vBmenu.activemenu == 'moods')
                {
                vBmenu.hide();
                }

thats how it's now coded: http://www.ragtek.org/forum/clientscript/mood.js
now if somebody clicks on a image, the menu will close;)

forumbust 03-25-2008 02:09 AM

How does the menu close? "The mood" word is gone too?

ragtek 03-25-2008 06:40 AM

thats how i have it: http://www.ragtek.org/videos/smilie.htm

forumbust 03-29-2008 04:11 AM

Hi,

I have the Mood Manager installed in my forum.

However, it works and shows in my forum page but not in the vba CMPS homepage.

I think the vba installation isn't set up to point at the mood manager's image as it is not a vb default function. Could you guide me how to point to that in my vba cmps homepage and allow this mod to work too? Thanks

Below is the image of my mood image in the forum and my CMPS homepage:

In forum:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2008/03/8.jpg

In forum CMPS Homepage:
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2008/03/9.jpg

Thanks in advance for any help offered.

forumbust 03-29-2008 04:50 AM

I have change the image URL to the full path name and it doesn show at the vba homepage now. However, it is unable to change mood. And there is no other mood image shown except the one i chose in the forum itself and also the no mood sign.

If i click onthe no mood sign, it shows "coming soon".

Any way to change it so that mood change can be done att he vba hompage?

simplyamom 03-31-2008 12:29 AM

wow that was easy! ty

Pvtiste 04-02-2008 01:54 PM

Hi
Thank you for your work !
I have a little problem and I need your help please :)

forumbust 04-04-2008 03:52 AM

i have upgraded to 3.6.9 and also install vba cmps. I follow the guide of adding vbmoods
usermoods at the global variables of cmps and the moods work fine at the cmps homepage.

However, my moods are unable to change at the forum itself, i got to do the change at the homepage. Is there anyway to make it changeable at the forum page itself. THanks

By the way it works in IE but not in FF.

Remedy: It is ok now, i just re-import the mood manager xml files.

forumbust 04-04-2008 04:07 AM

Giddyupnorth, it got to be something to do with the name of the mood when you FTP, at first my love mood is name In_love and i change it to Love and it works.

Sothside40 04-04-2008 05:04 PM

when will this be available for 3.7x ??

aef3482 04-05-2008 02:43 PM

I've uploaded the moods to /public_html/images/moods and imported the .xml product. I can see where it says My Mood, but the only option in the drop down box is No Mood. What did I do wrong? I can give you my username and password if you need.

deezelpope 04-05-2008 02:52 PM

The folder should be named 'mood' not 'moods'.:)

i have added new animated moods in my mood manager, and

My mood is out of place in the selection menu. It is not in alignment. Is there a way to adjust it evenly according to its size?

You upload them to your FTP program, not your Admin CP. And the folder should be named 'mood' not 'moods'.

It's in there, it's *very* hard to find, trust me!! I can't find any of the codes myself but I found that one, I'm having trouble locating the one in the Nav bar though.

deezelpope 04-14-2008 11:02 AM

<i>The code you're looking for might be in the header template.</i>

tonyswifey 04-14-2008 11:11 AM

Thank you so much for your help, I did all the codes & found them :) I uploaded to my FTP client, enabled the Mood Manager in my Admin CP and they still come up as red x's. It seems very easy because a lot of forums Admin's have them installed but I just can't seem to get mine working!

deezelpope 04-14-2008 11:12 AM

<i>Can you post your URL?</i>

tonyswifey 04-14-2008 11:14 AM

Nevermind, I unistalled it, but thank you for your help :)
