Can we also get a defualt font size (normalfont, smallfont) for shouts with BIG letters in them? ;)

With 3.5 rc2 it just sits there loading .... and never goes active. Was fine yesterday with 3.5 rc1. Maybe I'll try a reinstall.

I'm stupid!! I created a new folder for rc2 and forgot to upload vbshout.php. You can go back to green alert :)
