How can I move the table from the bottom to the top of forum home page?

I have installed and I can see this on my site... the problem is when members login it disapears. As long as you are not loged in or an Admin you can see it...how do I make it so everyone can see it?

It wont work. Whenever I try and run it, it gives me an error like this:

Hmmm... maybe one of you could PM me about this.

The "location of FlashChat" is shown as "chat"

and it is uploaded at www.mywebsite.com/chat/inc/config.php

Help would be appreciated (as a PM please)

I got same problem I using flashchat 442 and vbulletin 3.5.2
flash chat work till I run the plugin from this hack and I get this error
