Hi, I am but I just upgraded from 3.06 to 3.07 and thought that might be the reason.

I'm using firefox and it bombs right out completely with a report error back to firefox as my only window thats left.

It starts with the sigma chat popup window but the forum page in the background also went sigma before it booted out.

the chat code should be ok as the templates are unchanged for the links to chat.

My chat is now working in popup on 3.0.7 but the live version of who is chatting on forum home is gone.

I've checked all code since the upgrade and even re done the code but it still does not show.

This thread is dying a bit, is this chat still supported on 3.0.7 and can anyone confirm if they have a working online?

maybe everyone is moving to VBchat?

I'm due to re-subscribe (I'm paying) and if it isn't going to be supported then I'll be going to something else.

Great hack! I have it installed on 3.0.6 and it's working great. One question, is there any way to portray the user markup in who's chatting on forumhome? Right now, only the admins show up in bold, but do not show the proper color. Please help.

Just installed this and my members love it! I'm running it with 3.07 with no issues :).

I have installed the Chat Room. I purchased the Enterprise Package. When I go to my forum it says I do not have permission to access this page.

ERROR MESSAGE:
you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Did I install something wrong?

Hi, when you click on popup (float), it displays the microstats details at the top.

Anyone know how to remove that?

I'm having problems. I had this working and then made some other changes trying to install another hack and something happened. Now all I get when I try to enter the chat (and all anyone gets) is "invalid username and password" after it attempts to authenticate. I've gone back and reinstalled making sure that everything is as it should be and I still can't get it fixed.

Just to make sure -- are both of you still running vBulletin 3.0, not 3.5 or 3.6?

Either way, I'd recommend submitting a support ticket by emailing support@addonchat.com with your account ID number and a URL (include a valid username/password if required) so we can look into this :)
