PROBLEM: When displaying 'content.php' for a virtual site, a different default CMS page should be shown.
    • SOLUTION: Add 'cms_default_page' to the list of options getting parsed. (Added as of this post in response to a PM request).

Sticky, what this means for you is to add this line...
Code:

cms_default_page=644
... to your second site. The end result should be that when somebody visits SiteA.com/content.php they will see the normal CMS page but when they visit SiteB.com/content.php then they will see the page for section 644.

Please let me know if that is what you hand in mind, thanks. :)

Like normal but "Allow overwrite" set to "YES"

Basically you're replacing the original version with this one. Your settings will be saved, you won't have to re-enter them.

Cheers - I just saw an error with this modification.

I have attempted to install a couple eg: Credits/ vBookie
if you go to http://sportainment.com.au/vbookie.php it appears however if you go to http://forums.sports-force.co.nz/vbookie.php (an addon domain) it comes up with a 404 Error.

The trick is going to be figuring how where you have the different URLs going (and what method are you using to redirect the, the javascript Joe posted or something else?). Do the two URLs physically map to the same folder?

Thanks KW802 I will attempt to answer.
I currently have a dedicated server in which www.sportainment.com.au is the main account linked to it.

To get this modification to work - I put all the details I posted earlier in the options part but to get the domains to work I...

Created Addon Domains for:
paranormalboard.com - which directs to public_html/
webmasters-resort.com - which directs to public_html/
sports-force.co.nz - which directions to public_html/sportsf - and from that site just a directed link to forums.sports-force.net.au/forums.php

I am sorry if that is confusing however wanted to put exactly what I had/have done to get this to work.

This is exactly what I had in mind!! It works, and it works well.

How can I thank you for all your help? You have helped make this product perfect. Do you have a donation page?

I am using a custom MOD that does exactly what this one does. I am interested in moving to VB 4.1. Is 4.1 supported yet?

This does work with 4.1 but remember this mod status is officially an Alpha version- you should be very weary of using it on a live forum at this stage. There is no official support though there are for now people trying to help- that could change at any time.
