Ok, I got it to show up but get this error message when trying to enter a Canned Reply message to store:

I cannot find the (functions_wysiwyg.php) anywhere in my installation?
Any ideas or suggestions? :confused:

I was hoping this would work with 4.2... I'm needing something to do cannd replies to staff aplications

:erm: I checked this out, but the instructions just look like so much gibberish to me and the screen shot is minuscule. So small you cannot make out anything. :(

I'm receiving this error when I try to saved a canned reply:
