Already Upload and import from server, it's always got "No file uploaded and no local file found."

We do not advertise Paid product here - you gave question so get answer. This forum is about free mods and only free mods are here. vBET 2.4.x is free and it is working with vB4 fine :)

What is your 4010 line in includes/class_core.php file? Please give it with some code before and after. On my version of this file there is no code. Did you made any changes in file?

Which part need additional clarification? At the beginning you need no changes in .htaccess So you can easily test does and how it works. You need to modify .htaccess when you set SEO links - it is all described in first post of this thread. Please point which part is not clear I will work on better description :)

So you choose wrong file :) You need to point on xml file in do-not-upload directory :)
