I can confirm this. I noticed this a few betas back, but couldn't understand why the text wasn't formating correctly. If you make a space, it automatically puts the text onto the same line. Trying to find a fix for this in the next release.

Dude its cool but if you can add attachment support it will be best...

Paul is setting up the members area, where you will be able to download our software. Once HelpCenter goes gold, we'll start work on the 'paid version. Also, we will open a hacks/modfications forum, where members can submit their hacks/mods for HelpCenter. However, we will not be able to support modified code, in the event something goes wrong.

It seems you are trying to use the package above on a vBulletin 3.6 Installation, when it is meant for 3.7.

I may suggest uninstalling and reinstalling with the 3.6 version.

With regards to the guests being able to view other guests ticket, I have made it so that it depends on IP address for the time being until I can come up with a more long term solution.
