v3.8.6 is live on some boards, like for example this:

I'm not sure if this is something that I can release for public.

Is this version available? If so why is it not available ?

3.8.6 is on board I manage, so I can track bugs down. Maybe I will release it as a beta.

dont know if it has been posted before or asked for but can anyone help me create my own levels?
name - points per level, I want all custom but confused on how to work the xml/xsl files

For vBulletin 4 there is already one, but for 3.8 there will be no shop.

What exactly does it mean? Does this version (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=245023) works on 3.8.x? I'm not planning to move into vbulletin 4.x in near future (year or so)

No, v4 will only work with vBulletin 4.x

You will have to stay on vBExperience 3.8
