I have installed the hack, but I see no button standing on the forum.

Hi,

I have just updated my Post Thank-hack from a previous version. It has allways worked perfectly but I just wanted my users to remove the thank, now they can.

But another problem comes up. Look at the pictures. When I push the Thank-button the header of the site or something shows up. You can see it, it looks very awful. But when I just push the F5 button the header goes away under the post and it looks normal again.

I use vBadvanced but it has never been a problem

Well it is a little annoying problem I hope someone can fix!

Anyways thanks for this awsome hack :bunny:

I'm unsure why thing would happen. May have to do with another hack to have installed.

There is a problem when removing this hack completely.
It doesn't remove the : below the current post count in the profile.

Also getting multiple of these:

It should remove the plug-in. Do you have a hack the caches plug-ins? If yes, this hack would be causing the problem.

I do not see the button on forum, however, in members profile to see I the hack.
The Templates have been adapted.

No hack caching installed.

I believe that the mySQL errors were generated during uninstall (I didn't shut the board down while I uninstalled). I didn't get any more mySQL errors since I last posted here.

The : below the post count is still there though, will start looking through the templates to see how to get rid of it.

Look at the installation text file. It has the template changes you made.

Doh, thanks, I totally forgot that there were template changes too, makes sense.

Thanks again, I thought it was a great hack, but a bunch of my members didn't like the accumulations of "thanks" under posts as they found the display to be disruptive in terms of reading the thread, so I uninstalled.

I don't know why but when I edit postbit_legacy, the thanks button and stats don't show up on the first post. So I had to follow the exact same instructions and paste everything into my postbit_first template to get it to show. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Do you have a hack that puts the first post on every page? If yes, you have to edit that template also.

I think I know how to fix this. It has to do with a hack adding things to your output, like that side bar. I'll see if I can release an update now.

Very GOOD Job! I like the hack really! But i have a little problem, as you can see here for example:

When you go with your mouse over the Thank you Button called "Danke" the background is getting green, because the hover link effect, but with the other buttons it don't appears. What to do?

Becuase i can't click on the buttom to thank user ,


Is there any help , I don't need to use Ajax , Becuase it didn't work with arabic font :( !!

Make sure the image that you were supposed to upload is in the right place otherwise it will use alternate text. Which happend to be "Thanks"

Hi I am using this hack and it is one of the best .-)

However I have some problem with GARS and Post Thank you. If the article has too many replies I am getting this error:

Can anybody suggest what is wrong here? I have asked at TheVbGeek but Geek is saying that his code is not that long and that there might be conflict with other hack. I persume that conflict is with PostThankYou hack.

this is an AWESOME hack. thanks, worked perfectly except for one minor issue.. the links don't work properly with vrewrite (seo). i dunno if i should look for help here, or in vrewrite, but if anyone knows it would be helpful.
