The box width is fine in two locations
Below Navbar and above footer
but below forums goes wide with some data hidden

I updated mine and the background of the stats has turned white.... is there a fix for this? I'm using Avenger_Blue and i'm running vb4.1.10

I overwrit 7.0.7 back to 7.0.6 and the white background dissapeared so i tried 7.0.7 again and it went back to white background :(

I've been digging around but am stumped. I'm sure its my settings somewhere...

Registered users, and any newly created groups cannot see any of the columns that are forum stats. User stats do show up. By default, Most viewed threads, top posters, and latest posts are there. I can see all 3 columns, but only the middle one is populated. If i play around with which one's i'm looking at, all user selections work, but none of the forum ones do.

If i login to an account that is only a member of the administrators group, they can see all statistics just fine.

I'm stumped as to where to even start looking? I assume it's an issue with another plugin i have installed?

So, Does anyone know how to get the post read and post new working?

Valter, this mod is causing a problem when editing threads with users who have as their default the WYSIWYG Editor. When they go to advanced mode, the post they are editing loses the spaces between lines they put in.

As a temporary fix, I told them to use the standard editor until this is fixed, then toggle to the WYSIWYG Editor when in advanced if this what they prefer to use.

Doing this causes the post to be as it should. Not sure why this mod is causing this problem, but am reporting it here so you can take a look!

ok I see why I dont see the editor_background stylevar...I'm using 4.1.7 and they changed that in 4.1.8 I believe.

Since I run 4.1.7 is there a way to chenge the background still?

If you look at the bottom, you'll notice the background is extremely light, and the text on top of it is light. This did not happen in the last version. Is there a way to get it back to the way it was? We were able to fix the chatbox (which did the same thing) but not this.

The editor background option is a horrible idea!
I run a dark template so when I change it...well it doesn't work well for me.
It changes the editor background for my template to black background and I do not want that!

You should get rid of editor background.

Hi, is it possible to get the 'new_post' thing to become a old_post when you've viewed it?

Settings->Options->Vsa advanced forum stats-> Number of results to show on separate page
(list available values, separate with commas) set the last number to 200 or so

Last number from settings is used if entered number is larger than that.

So there is no way to send such request to database (99999).

To make your Notifications area smaller:

- go into your skins 'Styles and Templates / Style Manager / Style Variable Editor' for the skin/s involved.

- in the search box up top write 'popup'.

- scroll down and find the stylvar 'popupmenu height' under the title 'PopupMenus'.

- change the 'Size' number to 3 for 'popupmenu height'. Keep Units blank.

- Save.


Now go and check your Notifications box, it should be a normal size for you.
