I installed it and was working fine before. But recently I changed my skin and now it is not working. Are there any modifications I should do to get my ads up and running.

For me it does not work fine for don't display adds for users with more than X post.
If i set up this option with any number, lets say 100 post nobodey see this adds, even users with 1 post will not see the banner. Am I doing something wrong?

Is this plugin working with the new Version of vBulletin?

what have you set the minimum post count to?, have you enabled postbit ads?
