Is there a way to check monthly thanked of each member? The reason I'd like to do it is because our forum has an Award that the member who is thanked the most will receive a present.

I've recently upgraded to 3.7.1 PL 1, Post Thanks 7.6, vBadvanced CMPS v3.0.1, all albums 2.3, and Tag Cloud 1.0.

Since then, some of the thanked posts (High Fived on our board, due to a phrase change) are now showing up with a N/A rather than a link to the post that was given the thanks.

Thanks for this great hack, it's very useful for my forum.
But it still miss 3 stuffs very useful (and well , necessary for my use)

1) That the "thanks" button doesn't appears on the messages of the author of the thread (inside the thread)

2) We should have the possibility to set that Only the creator of the thread should be able to give a thanks via the button.

3) We should be able to restrict to "thanks" just one person in a specific thread and just one time. Once the author has given a "thanks" to one person on his thread, all the thanks buttons disapear of every posts of the threads, like it does when you give a thanks to a post...except that the "thanks" button disappears only on the thanked post :(

Do you think those functions could be integrated soon?

i have installed this hack with 3.7.1 Patch Level 1 and it works great. the only problem i have , there are double thanks in the postbit.

check if you didn't past 2 times the code (in readme.txt) in your template postbit legacy, i guess it's where your problem comes from

I don't want to show the number of times thanked etc under a member's user name. Could someone please tell me how to turn that off. ASAP. It's causing a headache on my site.

I installed mod_security and a set of rules. In doing so, the Post thanks system stopped working. Users were getting this error:

What is strange to me is that I have the following in my .htaccess in my /forums directory

By the way, I am completely illiterate when it comes to mod_security, but this is the specific rule that post_thanks is firing.

Hey i had the hid hack working with the thanks hack... now when i click thanks it just disappears and does nothing.. i reacently upgraded to 3.71 pl2 and reinstalled vbavanced... any ideas

i got it working i was doing 7.5 instead of 7.6 thanks..

BUt now the thank you gif is not the same as the template how do i change that i think before it was the same without me doing anything??

did u install it properly???

Its working for me!!!! ive had the hack for a while now!!!!

All i did was upload the contents thru ftp and then went to add import product...
and it works...
