I think that Revan and the staff will have another beta release available soon. With the major issue being the installation procedure they are going to have to work on a stronger QA system to review it. But I think all goes well after Revan's return then we can see another Beta release sometime next month and alot of addons to follow.

my points in my bank is still the same for weeks now... don't we suppose to gain interest?

I just managed to somehow update my Ushop 0.95 to 2.0 BETA...
Now..when i enter the shop.. below the avatar..

Points in Bank:

Both are blank!!
How to restore?

I checked entering the Bank and stuff.. all old data is perfectly in place...

I tried around the old trick of "$bbuserinfo[points]" and this showed the points in hand..
$userinfo[points] doesnt seem to be working.. :squareeyed:

But wat about the points in Bank?
Help....

i have a problem.

Any time I try and use an action that deals with another user, it doesn't work.

For example...

I get this when I try and donate points:

Not THAT big of a deal...I figured I just had to feel in the name along with the rest of the information:

But NO. it doesn't actualy work :(:

Other members users names just arent getting passed properly.

THis is also try for "change another users title", "change another users avitar", ect...

I code PHP all the time...just nothing involving vbulletin...so im confused :-P

Anyone wanna try and help me out??

^ for me, that works fine! i haven't got any problems with points transaction with other user... so if mine works fine that mean it's not a problem coming from the ucash/shop...

if mine is working fine and yours should aswell... we are using the same version i asume...

I just tested it. Works fine for me. Also. "Officially Stating: Not to under-cut anyone but I will be offering a product-ucsinstall.xml soon. It will not be released on the site as not to interfere with the works of the creators and it will not be supported by them as well. So errors are at your own risk." I will cease work on this if the creators want me to.

My Next Suggestion is strongly not recommended if you are not well versed in MySQL or do not have PHPmyAdmin. Use at your own risk.

I suggest you go into the Database and search the user for the username's account information and into it and only put the # before the HEX Color. This is a quick fix. Also Go into the uShop Manager and go to the Colored Username and change the description to this.

can anyone tell me if there is a global transaction to see all transactions for this or if its only user transactions, cause i really need a global transactions to record all of the stuff that happend in the shop and with the cash

*INTEREST DOESN'T WORK? for 2 weeks already the money/points in the bank is still the same for all users...

*Points in hands and in BANK info doesn't automatically update after you deposit or widthdraw until you refresh the page...

I will edit the database manually. I wish there was a way to clean up the hooks and products, maybe removing the product...

Maybe you should check for the existance of those columns before dropping them on the uninstaller, its a good programming habit, or any sql error stops everything.

Name Effects dont work on my board...
I have enough points..still it doesnt show the BUY button for me....

Other users who can buy...are charged 0.00 and no effects to their username :(
Check the screenshots attached..

Surprisingly.. the GLOW works.. so i guess only color/bold/italics has problems!
Another thing i noted is.. those who had color effects/glow before upgrade...those have it perfectly restored.. but new purchases are not working!

Another thing i noticed is.. the DONATE button is not intelligent!
Click Donate for a user... takes me to the other page...but it doesnt populate the TO USERNAME text field automatically :surprised:

BTW> I am not using the UCASH Bank...

You upgraded this from 0.95 is my guess. Because 2.0.0 Beta 3 doesn't have the download support yet. Hmm

i would like to add "Purchase physical item" to the wish list.

basically:
admin defines a particular physical item (it could be any tangible/intangible goods) along with some custom fields to be filled by a buyer.
when user buys the item, the user fills in the required fields and pays.
then pm is sent to admin along with the info that user filled out,
so that admin can process the order.

I had used the installer and it failed from step 9 to 10..saying error in upgrade..
Rest all steps went perfectly...

Regarding Ucash settings.. i havent changed anyfields or stuff.. I just plainly installed it so as to install Ushop 2.0 BETA..and upgrade my Ushop 0.95 based on vb3.0.x....to vb3.5.3

I thought I saw something off about your user table. All of the uCash stuff is seperated. So it's a database error. It doesn't know where to find the points at. Check the user table on mine. I rebuilt mine manually because of the 9 and 10 errors. I have a list of the errors on that somewhere in this long thread. XD I am looking into the template stuff. Also I installed on a localhost with PHP5 and MySQL 4.4 and it went in with no errors at all. Talk about odd.

When you make a thead or reply... then preview your post it act as thou you have submited it...so it give you the points that you should earn for each thread make or reply... so if you preview your post a few times before you submit it, you get like a sh!T load of money/points! and i mean alot! ...this is not so good...

Oh an may i request that the donate PM get sent by the person making the donation. I have recieved about 20 PMs from members thinking me for a donation when I never donated to them. It gets very annoying very quick.
