Thats fair enough mate but the new rules say you have to supply one :)

SOME of us cant get that stupid hack to install and dont really want to mess with it anymore, and the main reason I want the upgrade is for the iframe changes

And where are these "new rules"?

If you have trouble with the HTL then you should post in the HTL thread, but looking at your post, you either didn't edit a file or two, either way, if hackadmin.php works, this hack can be installed with ease.

I'm not making a txt file by hand - it's just not going to happen. When the HTL is capable of making .txt files, I'll make one, but it's 10x easier to use the .htl rather than a .txt file.

I see that this info was missing from the install.txt. I just wanted to confirm this is correct, because I don't yet really understand HTL and what everything does. Does this remove the hack from my board??

No, hitting "Delete Hack" just removes it from the HTL page - you should do it just because having the upgrade in the HTL is unnecessary.

I hate HTL and i hate phrases since they produce more errors then phpbb light beta 0,1. But it's the future and so i move on and install all those techno stuff and i don't know any longer what i'm doing. Just hope for the best and...ofcourse! ERROR. Installed as in the readme(s) and upgraded the shoutbox:

Database error in vBulletin 3.0.0 Release Candidate 3:

Invalid SQL: DELETE FROM phrase WHERE varname IN ('shoutbox_banned', 'shoutbox_noeditperms', 'shoutbox_nodeleteperms', 'viewing_shoutbox', 'shoutbox')
mysql error: Table 'phrase' doesn't exist

mysql error number: 1146

(i use table prefix) :(
