I wasn't able to know there is a bandwidth limit on the host. I can't do anything. I emailed the owner of the domain, I don't have any reply.

also you should change "Actual latest stable version" to 2.2.0 in http://www.vb-os.com/content/123-Download

Yup it seems the domain is back since today. I know there is a lot of spammers on the domain, I think those spammers are the 'origin' of the excedeed bandwidth.

The error happens if you have blog/CMS disabled. The next version will have a check to avoid those issues.
