Hi :)

I searched the thread but may have been missing the right keywords.

The mod breaks my VBulletin 4.2 pages, and I didn't know if you had any thoughts on it.

Some example pictures for you:

can you post a link to that content so I can see how it looks (HTML source wise)-
And please post what the keyword(s) you were using were that caused the issue.

Running VB 4.2.0 PL2

It works fine on 4.2.0 on my and many other sites- can you get from your error log what the exact error it's causing is?

How many keywords do you have setup? If it was thousands I suppose there's a chance it's running out of memory.

Thank you very much
Nice MOD ...
But how can i use other languages ? Like Persian ...
I need this MOD turn the persian words to link too ...
Is there anyway to solve this problem ?

axix20xx 09-02-2012 07:23 AM

Anyone can help me???

No idea on the other languages yet. My guess it's the same reason vBulletin doesn't officially support UTF-8 some php functions just don't work.

Let me ask- does the search work on your site?

My apologies if this has already been asked, I read through the posts here and I didn't seem to find anything that addressed this specifically.

Is there some way to have this plugin stop linking a specific word if it's already been linked elsewhere in the thread? Example:

Post 1: Buy here on Amazon (Amazon is linked to Amazon.com)
Post 2: I bought that on Amazon like you recommended (In this instance, since Amazon was already linked in post 1, it should not be linked in any further posts).

I'm pretty handy with hacking PHP and plugins so if this is something you don't want to incorporate but have any suggestions, I'm happy to run with them. Thanks!
Thanks!

what a great mod! I just bought it and it works like a charm. but: Max Number Of Links Per Page is limiting only on showthread, not in CMS or blogs? will it be possible to limit the linked words in CMS articles and/or comments seperately and/or combined?

isn't that controlled by the setting "Max Number Of Links Per Page"?

oh, and I just found a bug in the gold version: when using CSV files and the file is empty or corrupted, you will loose your cms previews. dunno why

i think this mod will increase bounce rate..

not so good for seo i think.. many out going links will happen from our site..
