There is something wrong ..

all the words written in the support ticket apears in one line ..
( I mean when you write your post and press Enter ) ..

Exp :

Usual .. the result of ( Blah ,, Enter key ,, Blah ) :
But in the support system , the result of ( Blah ,, Enter key ,, Blah ) :
Hope that this problem can be support ..

I have updated the download to include Jason's latest product file, thanks Jason.

Edit: I have just tried to re-create the problem and everything was ok, it displayed as it should, basically if you press the Enter key it display on the next line as it should.

hmmm .. maybe because im using a toolbox ,
can you please allow users in your forum to submit tickets .. so i can try there .

and on which version you made your test , because im working on RC4 now .. and i uploaded the file posted by Jase2 ..

Updated settings on PaulSonny so you should not be able to create a ticket.

I dont understand, i've just edited one of the replies to that ticket above and pressed enter and hit save and its saved correctly.

I will ask Jason to see what he thinks. Is anybody else having this problem?

Actually ,, i did the same thing but not with the same way .. i used the phpmyadmin , and it gave me a good result ..

so i think the problem is from the copy of helpcenter.php that i got .
