Doesn't make any difference. Zip is best if you are running windows xp on your local computer and don't have any archiver software installed.

found a little "bug", after install i can click in the readme.html that i installed the hack, but it redirecting me to the 3.5.4 hack version, not to the 3.6.0 version here.

The reason I said Jesus is that it's been said a lot of times that unless stated otherwise, a 3.5.x hack works with all 3.5.x versions of vBulletin, and 3.6.x hack works with all 3.6.x versions of vBulletin.
