This is a older mod so I doubt it's working with auto adding the tab to your navbar.

If your using 4.2 you'll have to manually add it in the navigation manager.

Some of my members have a random 100% withdraw penalty when taking vcash out of the bank..

I'd like to use the points per post option, but with vBookie's vCash. Is there a way to do this since it isn't the built in market_points?

Well this works on 4.2 PL3, it managed to mess up html and css for profile edits & settings lol.
