No improvement even if I turn off Context Menu. Everything goes well until you switch tabs, then it loads really slowly, it's almost stuck.

I thought I can remove some part of the code so that the Active users won't be displayed as tab.

I am running vB 4.1.6.
I have members from all over the world.
I had Shoutbox version 5.4.8, and some members could not see the shoutbox - these members are scattered all over including the U.S.
So about 2 weeks ago I updated to version 6.0.8. Now more people cannot see the box, including those that already couldn't see it.

Assuming most people have updated browsers, is there a known reason why not everyone can see the box?

Have you set a minimum posts limitation on the Shoutbox maybe?

Can i ask when you report a chat how do you know its been reported ?

Ive tried it but can not see where the report has gone

There's a tab in the shoutbox itself called "Unhandled Reports" which will show a number greater than 0 when there's unhandled reports :)

It is possible to change the positioning of the tabs ?

Where the "Shout Box" is the default chat romm and i have members as a tab for members chat

I want to swap these around so the default chat is the members chat room and the "Shout Box" is the 2nd tab

Is this possible ?

Is it possible to have 2 different chatboxes on different skins.

My users want the plain old chatbox on a dark skin so they can use it mobile.. while my browser users want to use this chatbox because of its features.

So is that possible?

Ok i looked through as many pages as i could, before i buy this i would like to know where the rest of the options are, all i have is the basic General Options.
Im looking to disable idle time, or at least set it, text options, color options ect.

are there any plans to like make direct credit card payments or use moneybookers?
