When u update, always upload all files and upload the Product XML after all files are uploaded and choose Allow Overwrite to YES.

There should only be 1, remove one of them if there are two. Keep one of them that says eBux Paycheck Processing.

Each Category under Manage Categories shows who has access to an option. Check in there first off. Then Manage Options to add more usergroups.

That could be done easily if vBShout has any hooks that are useful, if not, u'd have to hack the vBShout php file and/or template edits.

It's under the actual Thief store option. Manage Options -> Thief, at the bottom will be some settings.

Time zone settings are not taken into effect I guess, I need to read up on who to do that, the time its showing is the unix timestamp when its that time for your server hosting the vB is when it will be drawn.

1) That might work later on when the federal bank is updated. I'll take that into account then.
2) Sounds interesting, maybe that could be done easily.
