Did you read the instructions?

i had installed for 2 days still searching solution

Re-import the product XML file, Refresh the AdminCP then goto Mp3 Player Management and click not to approve mp3's. Then click 'Save'.

If you do this in the correct order, it will allow you to approve mp3's until a fix is issued.

this will go to vbulletin message : http://www.indonesiaindonesia.com/mp3playlist.php

The mp3playlist.php file is only accessed by the player itself for reading data from the database and selection of playlist. Due to it serving as a multi-purpose file, it cannot by a static HTML file. Since this would require the player to be re-compiled and code changed.

i love this mp3!!! as im adding tracks.., im wondering if the ability to rename the playlists will be in the commercial version or could it be added in the current free ver....?

Someone else mentioned this... The actual commercial version will support multiple playlists, with the renaming ability. However, some people have modified the templates so the playlists have different names. I see your a coder/designer, so I guess you could edit the templates yourself? I don't actually support this modification here anymore, since all support was moved to the main website www.digitalport.co.uk.

Hi,
I used to have your first version where a member was allowed to upload an MP3 from his PC..I think. Now in this version this choice is gone. This makes it really tough for members to upload anything because if they use an upload site, the script of this site gives the file some extra information and also demands a wait to download limit. So may I ask how people who use this mod manage this? I'd also like the choice to upload from their own PC implemented. Thanks

sim10 06-07-2007 12:30 PM

Player works fine but just have 2 problems:

When the player is launched the Add Your MP3's link at the bottom blends in with my background..so no one can see it unless you hover over it..how can i change the colour to red or white etc to make it visible:

http://img521.imageshack.us/img521/8941/addmp3ed7.gif

Secondly when i do click on add mp3's it launches in a new window...but the window is too small and i cannot expand it only scroll..nyway to change it to open in a new window?:

http://img185.imageshack.us/img185/1456/addmp32ml1.gif

Thanks.

Tried to upload my first mp3 into the player and I got this:

Fatal error:
Please complete both the subject and message fields.
Unable to proceed with save while $errors array is not empty in class vb_datamanager_pm in /includes/class_dm.php on line 765

I followed all the instructions to install and modify the navbar...

ragtek 06-07-2007 02:30 PM

after removing it, everything was ok

deezelpope 06-09-2007 11:39 AM

May I give a couple tips? If you use Minorcrisis, like I do, become a donator...AND make sure you're making your files private...you don't want people, especially non-donators, stealing your bandwidth! I made that mistake, after uploading over 300 mp3's...now I'm doing it all over.:rolleyes::erm:

Hi,

These features will be only available in the commercial version. Due to this version being a free modification, it does have a few limitations.

I'm hoping to release the pro mp3 player very soon, features include:
  • Multiple Playlists
  • Playlist renaming
  • Album thumbnails
  • Sorting Options
  • Shuffle on/off
  • Replay track or entire playlist
  • Fully skinnable player (includes templates to create your own in PSD format)
  • Player will also support add-ons
  • All new improved templates
  • Visualizations - packed with 3 free ones (more will be released.)
Also a number of new players will be available, which come with product XML's to install.

A feature that is being looked into is mp3 file upload, but due to some server configurations this may not be possible with all hosts. A modified .htaccess file will be supplied, this will normally allow people to get around the PHP restrictions on file uploading, hence a new time-out and file upload limit will be increased.

More details can be found on our website.

ragtek 06-10-2007 09:54 AM

thx 4 info

ragtek 06-10-2007 05:43 PM

is it possible to send a song to the player?

i'd like to make a "filebase" in wich the user can put there links to there music

so when i click on a song in the userprofil the player should start and the song should be in the playlist

kennethsia 06-11-2007 05:38 AM

ty i go mp3upload.com haha great stuff. i tried microcrisis. bandwidth sucks omg fully skinnable !! woot thats what im looking forward to. also maybe better looking interface?

i could try designing for u syrus.xl

deezelpope 06-11-2007 10:32 AM

I dunno what you're smokin' there, kennethsia, but I want some! I checked out this mp3upload.com, and it just gives you links to other places. What's so great about that?

BTW, it's Minorcrisis.net...and it's bandwidth sucks for anonymous members, not for donators.:)

ragtek 06-12-2007 11:38 AM

btw

you all who installed it, should inform you what music is allowed and what not! ;)

but anyway
my users and i love this hack!
i look out for the commercial version and hope that it will not be to expensive:D
i've build it in my 3 forums, the 4. will come tommoror

Check your mp3 tracks are not of varying bitrates, or it will cause the player to play erratically.

CMGU 06-16-2007 04:17 PM

thanks...

syrus.xl 06-21-2007 02:02 PM
