AnyMedia Player used to work fine for me on YouTube videos. Now it doesn't, the only option that works is setting this to "no" and using the official YouTube player instead.

Perhaps my server doesn't enable fopen or fsockopen. But why then did it used to work before?

I got same problem with youttube.

When I enable "Use AnyMedia Player for Youtube Video?" function, it shows a message" "failed to launch yo"

my site have fopen_url is ON. b/c I use some feed rss so they must be ON .

Small Bug - if two Videos from myvideo.de are posted in one Posting only the second can run. The other is showing only a blank Playerwindow.

installed but having issues. none of my template edits are showing i dont see the M image. also can some one post a test site for me to see it working how its suppose to?

Hmmmm, he fixed it at my Project and released the Update after the Fix. So i can not really say if it is fixed in the Update.

Just downloaded 3.0.2, but options for media types not saving. I also noticed the Usergroups settings are not changing as well.

Fixed by uninstalling the old product and reinstalling the new product.

crist - could you give me a hand? I tried installing this about 6 weeks ago couldn't get it to work at all and uninstalled it (removed template edits as well). I just reinstalled it and I cant seem to get it to work.

I uploaded the files in the 'upload' folder
I uploaded the produt xml
I completed the template edits
I allowed Admins to use this in Usergroup options
I went to AnyMediaCode option in vb Options and it is set to 'on'

However I still get this

We do not have to create a custom BB code right?

Download the 3.0.2 again,
overwrite the anymedia.php & includes/class_anymedia.php files.

I fixed a tiny bug with the build-in youtube player

Installed it ok and it works great for what i want (youtube and google videos). I set up the options initially.

My problem is, none of the changes I now make in the admincp to AnyMedia BBCode Options seems to take effect. I am stuck with my initial choices :confused:

I don't understand why it is running for you guys, but here it defintely won't work. Maybe it won't work beacuse I imported first the german xml file? After the german file failed, I deinstalled and tried the english xml file. Again, no luck with that one. Neither one is working for me.

I tried everything, I dont see where the bbcode in the reply/qucik reply is? I installed 3 times but i dont see the button showing up.

Make sure you've uploaded the 'includes/xml/bitfield_anymedia.xml' file,
and log into your admincp to visit 'admincp/index.php?do=buildbitfields' to rebuild the permission cache.

After these actions,
they'll be there.

Okay, I fixed the bug,
as well as below bugs:

1. autoplay issue with the mp3 & flv (youtube) files
2. parse error with the 3gp files
3. repeat issue with the mp3 files

And I combine the youtube.swf with the flvplayer.swf.

The update will release in days

ok it worked, ha to refresh browser and clear cookies. Now my next question is, it shows on the forum but what if I want it to show on main page? Like I have a news section and when I post in there it will show on on the cmps portal.
