not that I've seen, I'm gonna install it on a test forum and see if there's something I can do. It's completely random, so it's a bugger to see what's causing it

because you put the link in the wrong place of your navbar template. You'll have to re-edit and make sure it's put in exactly as the instructions show

OK, I think have the fix for the infamous guest pages dated 1969...

This seems to be caused by the user:pager field getting set at -1

So, I went to my database and changed the field type for pager in the user table from INT to tinyint

INT type fields support numberical values from -2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647

tinyint type fields support numerical values from 0 to 255

This should eliminate the weird setting of value -1

since I don't want any private messages so I remove the code for it and used in place the code for the pager but still have problems

I added the code to navbar exactly how instructions say and there is not a trace of this in or near my navbar ..

Also for some reason this hack is not working. You can click on the pager in currently active users, a pager screen pops up, you send but members never recieves .. Does every id need to be added in order for member to be able to use this . Or could that be left default and the user groups be listed instead ?

First of all, I would like to apologize for being late..
I have been so busy with my work.

vB Pager 2.0.5 has been released with a bug fix for those who are getting blank messages from guests.

All should upgrade, it's a little change and should be easy to follow, just download the file and open UPGRADE.txt and do the changes.

I promise to have a better one with the coming vB Pager 3.0.0!
