If your templates aren't modded try the "Auto Templates", if after you try that and have selected icons for the forums and don't see anything then you would need to do the edits manually as outlined in the install.html file.

First, this is a wonderful modification and I've already nominated it for MOTM.

Second, when I double click on a forum's icon, it marks all the forums' posts read, not only one forum.

Note: I've chosen "replace status icons" and "category Icon As Status Icon" options.

Your talking about where the viewing is located? If so I'll look into it.

yes :) normally it goes after the forum title not under ....
