The shoutbox background will be fixed in v5, but you can edit the CSS in the meantime.

Just wondering, does v5 post notifications in the shoutbox when new theads are posted and when people reply to existing threads (like in inferno & GCBOS)? This is the main feature I require :3

All version of vBShouthave done this =)

In v5 you are able to determine what messages show, have them show based on permissions (so people don't see any info about threads they shouldn't) And even have the info posted in a separate tab if you want to keep the chat tab free of clutter but still have the info readily available =)

v5 LITE should be out today at some point.

Edit: i have installed this but i get no sound i have all ready made sure that settings in Instance Management for pop.mp3 are turn on.

Can i be able to disable using pm in shoutbox with this v5 version ..

If no i cant use this shoutbox .. coz people spam other sites to members in pm ..
