I can't vouch for whether the hack will work correctly on your vbulletin though...I'm about to try it on my 4.1.2 myself since I really need to diagnose some per-user issues with the board Good luck |
r6 let us know how it played out for you.
|
It installed without having to make any dependency changes, I was able to move around on the site using the user's account and made it 100% easier to diagnose what was wrong which only he was seeing. No database errors as of yet and the mod seemed to function as it was intended :)
|
Had to disable this mod, locked me out of my admincp
|
In VB 4.12, the function "Admins able to login to admin accounts" does not work correctly. I deactivate this function, I can connect on an admin account but I cannot connect any more on a user account, the function is inverted.

It is not working with v4.2.1
please fix |
Works for me. :) I use it to test problems users have. And I have 4.1.2. :)
|
It does work on vb 4.1.2 I have it working on two sites.
But beware not to mistake between Admin log in a user and this mod VSA Login to User Account (this thread). Some troubles described above concern the first mod, not this one which works perfectly. (I made the same mistake installing the other mod and then coming to this thread..) |
I'm speaking about Valter's mod, which works just fine, has more options and is much better than Abe's. With Abe's I had also problems.
