I want to use this style with a fluid width. (near to 100%)

But i want to display ads over the top of the header and on the right sight, like you see in my attachment file. Outside the Forums like they did it here:

  1. Is this possible?
  2. I also want to show the vbulletin sidebar on every forumpage. Is there to run a plugin or should this been changed in the style templates?
  3. Ist it possible to pay and get it branding free?

Yes there are some work arounds.

The easiest way is to make the sidebar completely transparent and apply an html block with the ad code on the side.

I like this one ...quality ...just a quick question tho...

Since I'm still quite the noob i need to ask simple things like...how can I change the background color for cms blogs and forums...author? Anyone? Thanks in advance for any help.

You've got all kinds of unneeded stuff in the 'header' template.
