I moved to vBulletin 4.x and there was a problem. I disabled plugins via the admin panel before the upgrade knowing that this one wouldn't work, but that didn't do the trick. I had planned on installing your new version after the upgrade, but it looks like I need to do that from scratch.

So that being said, I add a line to the config.php file to disable all plugins to get my new site running. Before I install your new rotator, I need to first uninstall your old one, then enable plugins by removing that line of code, then install your new one.

I just don't know how to uninstall this one. Thank you for your assistance. I appreciate it!

Valter, just a casual observation form someone wishing to install this properly - nowhere in the info.txt instructions does it tell the user how to install the banners and corresponding links to make this work!

Perhaps it might be a good idea to provide some means to upload the relevant banners and corresponding links from within the admin area, or better still, for someone to upload a video onto YouTube with how to do this on a forum.

Might cut down on the number of users posting question on here whilst trying to figure out how to make it all work ;)

I am trying to also display the banners in my footer where do I add this if I want it centered on my footer of every page $cyb_flashimagebanners

Is there too much server load with this hack?

X2 I had the Geek Banner system before and had my Banner in both the Header and the footer.
BTW This system blows the Geek system away! Great Job!

I had a bit of problem figuring this one out...the "manage banners" link wouldn't show up under the Quick Links section.

I finally figured out that I wasn't listed as Super Admin on the site.

If you are having the same problem, make you go to includes/config.php and give yourself Super Admin powers.

I've added it to;

1. ad_showthread_firstpost
2. ad_showthread_firstpost_sig
3. ad_showthread_firstpost_start

and no difference was made.
